Our registered purpose.
Stichting Rijakannah's registered purpose is to promote sustainable poverty reduction and contribute to the overall — social, economic, educational, and societal — development of the Surinamese population in general, undertaken on a not-for-profit basis.
Suriname-Based Mission. Global Support Network.
Every barrel shipped, every partnership formed, and every volunteer recruited is ultimately directed toward serving Indigenous communities in Suriname. The Foundation's official operations and accountability are anchored in Suriname, where we are registered and where our programs are delivered.
International coordination is carried out by the founder and a growing circle of supporters, partners, and volunteers who help gather resources, raise awareness, and build the networks that make this mission possible. We are careful to distinguish between the Foundation's formal presence and informal coordination activities.
