Kamina Samantha Hydara is the Founder and President of Stichting Rijakannah Foundation, a humanitarian organization registered in Suriname.
She has lived and worked in Suriname, Canada, and the United States, and holds Canadian and United States citizenship. Her connection to Suriname informs the Foundation's focus on underserved communities throughout the country.
She leads the Foundation's strategy, partnerships, and coordination of humanitarian shipments, working with community leadership and the relevant authorities in Suriname.

Purpose of the Foundation
Stichting Rijakannah Foundation is an independent humanitarian organization registered in Suriname on December 18, 2025 (KKF #167628).
Its purpose is to support underserved communities throughout Suriname through humanitarian aid, healthcare access, education, housing support, and sustainable community development, with programs developed according to confirmed community needs and available resources.
The Foundation operates on principles of respect, accountability, transparency, and long-term commitment, and is governed by its board rather than by any individual.
Looking Forward
The Foundation's work remains rooted in Suriname.
Priorities include completing the first organized 15-barrel humanitarian campaign, establishing verified reporting, and building lasting partnerships that support families, elders, children, and persons with disabilities.
Programs will expand within Suriname as resources, capacity, and confirmed community needs allow.
